Kaitlyn Rae Ellyson is an American journalist active during the "Espionage" wars, working for the Global Reporting Network . She has been rumored to be actively participating in conflicts as a contractor of the Cobalt Corps , a subsidiary of Cobalt Industries.

Ellyson was born on September 27th 1995 in Seattle, Washginton. Her father was an infamous arms dealer who ran a shipping company as a cover for his gun running operations. Ellyson's mother primarily stayed at home to take care of her and her older sister Kathryn.
At the age of 12, Kaitlyn and her sister ran away from home after finding out about their father's criminal activity. Several days later, their mother was murdered by their father. Shortly after, they were taken in and adopted by a retired security contractor.
