Gediminas Valinskas is a Grand Duke of Baltia and founder of GDB. As a Son of Grand Chancellor Juozas Valinskas he didnt see his father much and spend childhood in Kaunas and one aged 16 started studying as a officer of White Army for 2 years and another two was stationed and served as officer of White Army in Saaremaa island. Later started his carrier in Baltian Politics as Senator ,until 2016 April 27 Gediminople attacks where his father was killed. the senate was in chaos and suffering from corruption causing declide of FBR. To save Baltia from total collapse he with minister of Military supported by White army and some senators he reformed FBR into brand new Grand Duchy of Baltia and was granted title of Grand Duke.
