Anna Leblanc is the CEO of the Legion (LAD). She was put in place by the last leader of the organisation, Hallan Kobin. Born in France, Paris in 1980 (35y/o), she grown up as a talented student and graduated in finance in 2001 while working as reservist for 4 years.
After 2005, she shown no sign of life until recently 2014 where she took back the control of the Legion. It is said that she may meet Kobin in 2012 or even before somewhere in South-America. It is unsure.
She is responsible of pretty much everything inside the Legion and also dealing with the media and the public. Seen as a charming person in public, but known by the troops as a calm, precise and logic person. Making sure to take the right decision for the greater.
