Catalyst PMC is a Canadian based private military company. They specialize in ground combat and airborne activities.

Founding

Catalyst Private Military Company was founded by a girl named Julia Thompson in Newfoundland on the 3rd of March in 1994. Julia, after being a soldier for around three years, decided to build her own "Military" she received the funding after inheriting a large sum of money from her now dead parents. She then set up a recruitment drive, attempting to round members towards Catalyst. The members had to have at least two years experience in the military. At the start of it all, the Catalyst Private Military Company only had around thirty members. At the 30th of March, the Catalyst Private Military Company signed documents proclaiming the start of an official PMC. Catalyst for the most part complied with ITAR and CTAT regulations. Catalyst's first mission was set in Somalia, after being hired by the Canadian Government to help out the U.S. Troops. After this contract was complete, Canada saw the potential in Catalyst's work and allowed Catalyst permission to have full-auto weapons and use CADPAT. This acknowledged that Catalyst was made in Canada.
